The news segment was saying that men who ate the most fish had the incidents of prostate cancer. While men who ate the least fish, had the higest incident of prostate cancer. These Omega-3 fatty acids have also shown promise in protecting against cancers of the colon, rectum and ovary. Previous studies have proved that these fish oils have blocked the growth of Prostate Cancer cells in laboratory animals and dishes. Prostate Cancer was found less often in gentlemen who had high levels of fatty acids in their blood.
